His Royal Excellency Commissioner the Reverend Doctor Chase Neil hails from Geddes Town, St. Mary, Jamaica, and is an Online English Tutor, school Relief Watchman, and freelance Touch Therapy Life Coach (Life Coach + Acupressure, Reflexology and Reiki practitioner) by profession. 

He possesses a number of qualifications - a Doctorate and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, a Bachelor degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics, and several diplomas including: an Advanced Diploma in Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, and a Diploma in Herbalism, Natural Medicine and Anatomy from Udemy, a Diploma in Teaching at the Secondary Level (English Language/English A and English Literature/English B) from Mico University College, a Diploma in Psychology from ALISON, and a Diploma in Life Coaching from New Skills Academy amongst other certifications. Captain the Honourable Christine Salmon-Neil hails from Free Hill, St. Mary, Jamaica, and is a Community Health Aide by profession.
