His Royal Excellency the Prince Chief Commissioner is head of government and head of the princely tribal state of Aarsiisii.
As head of state, he represents the member-citizens of the Principality Tribe and is the symbolic embodiment of the state itself and ensures the integrity and sovereignty of the state. As head of government, he decides upon and appoints the portfolios and duties of the government Minister-Advisors and chairs meetings of the government.
All laws and amendments of laws must be approved by the Prince Chief Commissioner in order to come into effect, and all Commissions of Officers and Youth Justice Councillors of the Ranger Cadet Combined Corps must be approved and signed to under his hand in order to be substantive.
As head of the state religion, Aarsiisism, the Prince Chief Commissioner is also responsible for ordaining Aarsiisism clergy after they have first been trained and ordained as Ministers of Religion of the Temple of the Tao of Christ and have undergone basic Ranger Cadet Recruit training.

The Prince Chief Commissioner should be styled as "Your Royal Excellency" when being spoken to directly, and if both him and his spouse are present and being spoken to, they should be styled as "Your Royal Excellencies." When either person is being spoken about outside of their presence, they should be styled "His Royal Excellency" or "Her Royal Excellency" respectively, or as "Their Royal Excellencies" when referring to both.
