All members of the Ranger Cadet Combined Corps, and by extension, all members of ROTTWEILER - (the RCC Online Training Team; Worldwide Electronic Integration & Learning Enhancement Regiment) at E-6 rank and above - are member-citizens of Aarsiisii.
Prospective student/youth Ranger Cadet members may sign up an application form and Informed Consent form at any RCC training unit based in a school, church, youth club or community centre/CDC office after attending three training sessions.
The prospective member is then entered on unit registers as a recruit and must train for a minimum of three to four months two or three days a week for an hour or an hour and half in foot drill, physical fitness training,and service knowledge. By the end of this three or four month period, the recruit must have attended at least one residential weekend camp and must sit a fitness test, a written service knowledge test and a foot drill test. If the recruit passes the test, he/she is promoted to the rank of Private and automatically becomes a member-citizen of Aarsiisii.
Prospective adult members must also go through the initial recruit training as either Officer Recruits or NYAs (Not Yet Appointed). To join as an Officer Recruit, an applicant must have a minimum of 5 CSEC passes in Grades 1 to 3, or a tertiary diploma (or 3 ALISON diplomas) or a degree. To join as an NYA, an applicant must have already been a cadet before, or an enlisted member/Other Rank in the military.
Officer Recruits who pass their Recruits Tests are promoted to the rank of Potential Officer. Potential Officers then undergo their Star One, Star Two and Star Three training and must pass the Star One, Star Two and Star Three Tests to become Officer Cadets and start their Officer Training. After completing their Officer Training, passing Commissioning Test and attending and passing a Commissioning Board interview, Officer Cadets are Commissioned as Officers. However, they do not have to wait until this stage to become member-citizens of the Principality Tribe of Arsiisii; Potential Officers who have passed their Star One Test automatically become member-citizens of Aarsiisii.
NYAs who have passed their Recruits Test, on the other hand, keep the designation of NYA until they have passed their Star One, Two, Three and Four Tests. They then attend one weekend Adult Rank Instructor training workshop, after which they are promoted and appointed to the rank of either Adult Corporal or Adult Sergeant. NYAs automatically become member-citizens of Aarsiisii after passing their Recruits Test.
Anyone who desires to join ROTTWEILER must first sign up the application form and then start their Basic Training.
After passing Basic Training, they must complete the Service Branch/Element Training for their relevant Service Branch/Element as well as the necessary Trades and Qualifications to be promoted to the rank of E-6 (E-6 rank is Corporal for the Army, Marine, Air Force, National Guard and Public Safety Service Branches; Petty Officer 2nd Class (PO2) for the Navy and Coast Guard Service Branches; and Specialist for the Space Service Branch).
An E-6 who wants to become a member-citizen of Aarsiisii must then sign up online as a member of RCC, pass a RCC Service Knowledge Test, and then automatically becomes a member-citizen of Aarsiisii.
A person upon meeting the requirements to become a member-citizen, shall make the following pledge of allegiance, which is the state's national pledge;
